Method 1: Measure your Finger Circumference

1. Wrap a thin piece of paper, or a non-stretchy string, tightly around the finger you’ll wear the ring on and where you’d like your ring to be on the finger.

2. Mark the spots where the paper or string meets.

3. Measure the distance with a ruler in mm — this is your circumference.

4. Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

Method 2: Measure the Internal Diameter of a Ring You Already Own 

1. Find an existing ring that fits your desired ring. 

2. Measure the internal diameters of the ring in millimetres (mm). 

3. Use the chart below to determine your ring size.
