Shipping policy
1) Overview
- Most pieces are made to order. Please allow a production window of 2 - 4 weeks before dispatch.

Made-to-Order Pieces
Many of our designs are crafted individually for each client. While the style and overall quality remain true to the piece shown, the natural uniqueness of diamonds means that carat weight, certification, colour, and clarity may vary from the product details displayed online. Before your piece is dispatched, we will share the final specifications with you for confirmation. This ensures you know exactly what you will receive, while also embracing the one-of-a-kind character of each diamond.

- You’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
- Delivery time = production window + courier transit time (see below).
- Business days are Monday - Friday (HKT); public holidays may add time.
2) Hong Kong deliveries
- Production: typically 2 - 4 weeks.
- Transit time: usually 1 - 3 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping fees: complimentary for all orders
- Carrier: local courier partners (tracking provided). Signature on delivery may be required.
3) International deliveries
- Production: typically 2 - 4 weeks.
- Transit time: generally 3 - 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
- Carrier: DHL / FedEx / UPS or comparable express services with tracking.
- Shipping fees: shown at checkout and vary by destination and parcel size/weight.
- Customs clearance: see Duties & Taxes (Section 6).
4) Expedited requests
If you need an order sooner, email info@byangi.com with your deadline and item details. While timelines can’t be guaranteed, we’ll advise feasibility, any rush options, and costs (if applicable).
5) Insurance & risk
All parcels are securely packaged and insured in transit. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided (see ToS). Please inspect parcels upon arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
6) Duties & taxes (international)
Orders shipped outside Hong Kong are sent DAP (Delivered At Place) unless stated otherwise. Import duties, taxes and fees (if any) are assessed by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient. We can’t estimate or control these charges or customs delays.
7) Address changes & delivery attempts
- Before dispatch: contact us promptly; we’ll update if the parcel hasn’t left the workshop.
- After dispatch: changes must be arranged via the courier’s portal (where available) and may incur a fee or delay.
- Missed deliveries / return to sender: re-delivery and any associated charges will be billed to you.
8) Remote areas, P.O. boxes & restrictions
- Couriers may apply remote area surcharges; we’ll notify you if applicable.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders requiring non-standard handover.
- Certain destinations may have import restrictions on jewellery; if an order cannot ship, we will contact you to discuss options.
9) Split shipments & multiple items
Orders normally ship when all items are ready. If you need a split shipment, let us know—additional shipping charges may apply.
10) Tracking & lost parcels
- A tracking link is sent with your Dispatch Confirmation.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, notify us within 7 days so we can open a trace with the courier.
- Parcels are considered delivered once scanned delivered by the carrier to the address provided.
