This website is operated by By Angi ("we", "us", "our"). Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and Services to you. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility & Conduct
You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have parental consent for any minor using this site. You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, introduce malware or other harmful code, attempt to interfere with security, or otherwise misuse the Service. We may refuse Service to anyone at any time.
2. Orders & Acceptance

2.1 Placing items in your basket or receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Your order is accepted only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email.

2.2 We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, or regulatory restrictions). If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, we’ll refund it.
- 2.3 For made-to-order or custom/personalised items, production starts after payment clears and all design/size details are confirmed in writing.
3. Products, Images & Tolerances

3.1 We try to display colours, finishes and textures accurately, but variations can occur between screens and handcrafted pieces.

3.2 Reasonable manufacturing tolerances apply:
- Metal Weight ±10%,
- Dimensions ±0.2 mm, and
- Diamond/Gem Carat Weight ±0.05 ct (unless otherwise stated)
- 3.3 Where applicable, gem certificates may be issued by recognised laboratories (e.g., IGI) and are subject to the issuing lab’s terms.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Duties

4.1 Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars and may change without notice.
- 4.2 For international orders, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control customs decisions, inspections or delays
5. Payment
Payments are accepted via the methods shown at checkout.
- By submitting an order, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method for the order total, shipping and applicable taxes/duties.
- 5.1 Billing details: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders, and to promptly update your email, billing address and other details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For security, we do not store full payment card numbers; payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors.
6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Dispatch and delivery windows shown at checkout and/or in your Dispatch Confirmation are estimates, not guarantees.

6.2 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes only after we receive fully cleared payment.
- 6.3 We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (see Force Majeure, Section 16).
7. Customisation, Sizing & Alterations

7.1 Custom/personalised pieces (including bespoke designs, engravings, non-standard ring sizes, and settings built to order) are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange unless defective.

7.2 Pierced earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

7.3 Complimentary ring resizing. We offer one complimentary ring resize per ring within 60 days of delivery, subject to design limits. Most designs allow resizing within ±2 US sizes; some (e.g., full-eternity bands, certain pavé or tension settings) cannot be resized and may require remaking (chargeable). Complimentary resizing covers our workmanship only; shipping, insurance and any duties/taxes are at your cost unless the sizing error is ours, in which case we will cover reasonable shipping both ways.
- 7.4 Complimentary repairs (case-by-case). We’ll assess repair requests on a case-by-case basis. Where an issue is due to a manufacturing fault within 12 months of delivery, we will repair it free of charge. For wear-and-tear, accidental damage, loss of stones due to impact, or third-party alterations, we may offer complimentary labour at our discretion, with parts and shipping charged at cost. Third-party alterations may void our ability to service the piece. To request a repair, contact us with your order number, photos and a description before sending any item.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Your rights and the process for returning or exchanging items are set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable statutory rights.
Note: Custom/personalised pieces and pierced earrings are final sale unless defective (see Section 7).
9. Accuracy, Availability & Corrections
From time to time, there may be information on the site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability). We may correct errors, update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools and websites “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, terms or policies. Use them at your own risk.
11. User Content & Reviews (UGC Licence)
By submitting reviews, photos, designs or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such content in any media for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you own the content or have permission to grant this licence, and that your submission does not infringe any rights or applicable laws. We may remove content at our discretion.
12. Promotions, Gift cards & Pre-Orders

12.1 Promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly stated and may exclude certain items or collections.

12.2 Gift cards are non-refundable and subject to their stated terms.
- 12.3 Pre-order dates are estimates and may change.
13. Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- (a) Violate laws or third-party rights;
- (b) Submit misleading, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory material;
- (c) Scrape, harvest or crawl data;
- (d) Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; or
- (e) Circumvent security features
We may terminate or suspend access for violations.
14. Warranties & Aftercare
Except as required by law or as explicitly stated on a product page, products are provided “as is”. Basic aftercare guidance may be provided in order communications or on relevant product pages; contact us if you need specific advice for your piece.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product or these Terms shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, epidemic/pandemic, governmental action, customs delays, carrier or logistics issues, supply chain disruptions, labour disputes, or power/telecom failures.
17. Intellectual Property
All site content (including text, images, logos, graphics and designs) is our property or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content or marks without our prior written consent.
18. Privacy
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
19. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in a country with mandatory consumer protections (e.g., the UK/EU), you may have additional rights and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be excluded by law.
20. Made-to-Order
Due to the unique nature of gemstones, specifications such as carat weight, certification number, colour, and clarity may differ from the product details and images displayed on our website. By purchasing a made-to-order design, you acknowledge and accept that such variations may occur, and that the final specifications provided before dispatch shall constitute the agreed characteristics of your piece.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
